Training is provided in groups or à la carte, depending on client needs. It can also be held at work, at home, or at our premises. Before enrollment, a placement test is administered to determine the candidate's level of proficiency. After the test, enrollment can be at one of the following three levels, depending on the results obtained:
ü Beginner
ü Intermediate
ü Advanced
The total hours corresponding to each level is 20 hours, with at least two (2) hours per session. Accelerated courses are also available. The training allows students to develop all four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and speaking. However, it is possible to design a customized course for a candidate who wishes to develop a specific skill. We have the appropriate programs to facilitate the development of each language skill.
Translation Training
The translation training is intended for French speakers with at least a bachelor's degree in English or with a perfect command of the English language. This training is purely practical and prepares students for the job market. It also includes an introduction to computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools. The entire training lasts 100 hours.
